2. The tooling board can age the LED energy-saving lamps and fully meet the product aging time requirements.

3. Detection of impact beat circuit: Adopt Tianzheng brand voltage regulator 15KW voltage regulator 1 0-300V adjustable, 6 zones are set up in the whole line, and the impact time of each zone can be set on the touch screen interface.

4. Detect the normal voltage circuit: use Tianzheng brand voltage regulator 15KW voltage regulator 1 0-300V adjustable, set as low voltage test area. (The area range is about 7 meters)

Guangshengde LED bulb lamp aging line complete machine frame structure

1. Body and frame: The frame is welded with 40×40×1.5mm square steel pipe; the body is made of 130×23×2mm special aluminum alloy profile for aging line.

2. The nose and tail guards are made by bending a 1.5mm cold plate.

3. Conveyor chain: adopt C212A double-pitch single-lug high-strength double-hole chain produced by Hangzhou Chain Factory. The 30*30 standard angle steel is used as the support rail, and there are two layers in total.

4. Chain plate: It adopts 2.0mm cold plate to be bent and rolled into 148×1390×57mm, each chain plate is equipped with a single air switch, 4 sets of adjustable T8 fluorescent lamp holders. Two-way conductive wheels are installed at the bottom. The chain plate is sprayed with black plastic.

5. Conductive rails: The whole line is equipped with three conductive rails, using 5mm epoxy board and frame edge. Assemble 3mm×30 stainless steel aging special conductive track.

6. The peripheral sealing plate of the vertical aging line body of the LED fluorescent lamp is formed by cold plate folding, and an observation window is used in the middle
