Technological key points of Guangshengde LED lamp aging line:

1. Constant temperature zone: the constant temperature system is completed by electric heating, set the lower 15 meters as the heating section, the second meter is equipped with three 1KW ceramic heating tubes, 3 temperature collection points, and the temperature is automatically controlled as: room temperature + 80 ℃

2. Detection of the impact beat circuit: 6 Tianzheng brand voltage regulators are used to adjust 0-300V, and there are 6 zones in the whole line. The impact time of each zone can be set on the touch screen interface.

3. Detection of normal voltage circuit: use Tianzheng brand voltage regulator, 6 voltage regulators 0-300V adjustable, set as low voltage test area. (7m range)

4. The lamp is used for aging, and it is equipped with a fast T8 lamp holder fixture. (The lamp holder fixture can be adjusted to 300, 600, 900, 1200MM)
